Truworths online shopping is useless and their call centre is pathetic and disrespectful
<p>I ordered shoes on Sunday the 13th November and today the 16th i called to find out the status of my order.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />The lady told me she doesnt know but i can expect to get the order lates monday. as it take 4 to 5 days for delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />She was so rude that she hung up on me when i asked to speak to someone that will know where my order is. 1stly am leaving town and will not be in my house for the next 2 weeks. I ordered and paid for a delivery service. Surely that means am entitled to delivery of my items and that includes being informed of the where abouts of my order.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I will certainly not be buying anything from Truworths again.</p>
What i found to be even more interesting is that the truworths online delivery orders policy actually says 3 days yet the lady was telling abount 5 days or even a possibility of monday being the day which is almost like 6 days or days later given that retail stores open 7 days a week with obvious limited hours on some days of course,
