Truworths Online Shopping Experience

I am extremely disappointed with Truworths’ online shopping system. Local online orders take longer than international deliveries, which is unacceptable for a national retailer.

There is no proper tracking service provided. Once payment is made, customers are left completely in the dark with no real-time updates on where their order is or when it will arrive.

By the time you eventually receive your order ,especially if it was bought for a specific function or event, the item is often no longer needed. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering online and causes unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

Customer service is also unhelpful when trying to follow up, responses are vague, and tracking information is either unavailable or outdated. For a well-established brand, this level of online service is far below standard.

Truworths urgently needs to improve its online fulfilment, communication, and tracking systems. Until then, I would not recommend ordering online unless you are prepared for long delays and poor feedback.
