Truworths Online Shopping Delivery is terrible

It's the first time I ordered items via Truworths online shopping. It's day 10 and still no delivery. When I called the online shopping department on Monday, they said it would arrive that day but did not. Tuesday I called again and was told that it will arrive that day...it didn't. Yesterday I called the online shopping department to enquire about my parcel and was told that it was with the wrong driver the previous day. I was assured that I will receive it yesterday and again did not.

I can't sit at home like a hostage waiting for a delivery that should have been here on Monday! Yes, Truworths is quick to send an updated Statement and bill accordingly for items not received!!!

I suggest that you shouldn't state that delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. It's clearly not true. I won't use this unreliable online option again and i will not recommend it either. First impressions last.
