Truworths Online Services may just as well close down
<p>I contacted them via email in September with regards to an item. I had to call the call centre in order to get a response. They in turn said they would get back to me, to resolve the query. They responded, but that's where it ended. After mutliple emails, I have still not gotten any reply or assistance. For such a top company their services department is beyond useless. This is the 2nd time I have jhad the same lack of service from them.</p>
