Truworths online service is pathetic!!!!

i made on online order on the 27th Jan, order no o***. to date i have not received my order. i sent an email to enquire, they have a 48 hour turn around time.. 4 days have passed, no feedback from my email.. no response or order received! how pathetic and slow is your online delivery services. this was the 1st time doing an online purchase from Truworths, its beyond pathetic, why cant yourl be fast and efficient like MR Price????
