Truworths online platform is a disappointment.

I made a purchase on the Truworths online platform on the 31 st of August 2023. A few days after I received an SMS informing me that one of the items were no longer available and that a refund will be processed in 7-10 days. This was a real disappointment. The remaining item took forever to arrive. To add to the disappointment, 10 days have passed still no refund.
