Truworths Online Pathetic Service
Absolutely Horrific Truworths Online Service. Placed an order two weeks ago and no communication as to what's happening with my order. I have emailed their customer service and numerous calls but to absolute no avail. Will never shop here ever again. They show stock on hand but dont even have it....like really. And you dont even care that you have already charged me.....I cant believe there is no interest to even return my call or email. Why do you even have a customer service contact

If I wanted to use your fashion delivery I would have just went to a store to do so. Online shopping is a convenience for the customer.......
