Truworths Online pathetic customer service

I placed an order on Wednesday 22 November 2023(o*** ) online and received confirmation I will receive it within 7-10.

On Monday I received an email yesterday and was told the item was removed from my order as it isn't available anymore.

I called the customer care number to enquire and try to change sizes on the order was bluntly told to wait for my refund and go look for it in a store. The lady by the name of Zanele was very rude and when I asked to speak to a manager she told me that where must she get one at 7h30.

As this item is no longer available and I was not given a chance to change the size by their unprofessional customer agent I cannot be expected to wait this long for my refund. I now need to.look for another item by Friday.
