Truworths online order still not delivered after 2 weeks

I bought three dresses from truworths online and they still have not been delivered.I keep receiving sms that the order is on the way ,but nothing Two weeks later I still have not received my dresses this is frustrating and annoying because when yoy call the call center they say they will deliver the next day. Truworths should focus on instore sales clearly online sales are proving hard for them to fulfill.

I had planned to wear the outfits but I have nothing.

This is nonsense.
