Truworths online is pathetic
Truworths online terrible service.I have been given someone else’s order.I called the call centre but no one seems to be able to Assist me.They put me on hold for 30 min and still no help.I have no idea how to get credited for my items or get them to deliver my correct items this is ridiculous.

First order number is *** it’s the black dress for 899 which I have not received and received someone else dress which I returned to stanger branch
The second order number is *** which is black blazer I didn’t receive that I received a pair of jeans again I return this to the store but I need my account to be credited or my items to be delivered as soon as possible many thanks
