TRUWORTHS ONLINE IS A DISSAPOINTMENT

I made an order for my mum from Truworths online and after a few days I got an email that my order was canceled withought getting any valid reason. I then made onother order and after a few days I received a call from Truworths in KwaZulu-Natal that they were supposed to be the once sending my order and they don't have it on their store. What puzzles me is they told me the size I want is now R200 more in their store. To my understanding I. was supposed to receive my order with the price I initially paid. Adding R200 which I don't have is an insult to me. Online service was supposed to be a breeze but Truworths is failing dismally in this regard😕 My Aunt is supposed to be attending a wedding wearing this dress this weekend what a dissapointment.
