Truworths online is a disappointment
Its been 3 weeks now since i purchased a ring as a gift for my mothers birthday with no communication from Truworths, went to the store in JHB cbd and was informed my order has not arrived, ive been sending emails, first response was that my order is with couriers now surprisingly the order is lost and they want to refund me with 3 weeks without communication wasting my data and petrol only to find out my wait was for nothing
