Truworths online is a ****

I am based in Limpopo and I bought some items from Truworths online,and I collected them at Truworths Lebowakgomo. I needed to return some of the items and some were dispatched from Durban Westville Pavilion,weeks later I was checking my credit score at clear score,I discovered that there was an account opened on my name at Truworths Westville Pavilion, I panicked and I called Truworths customer service and I spoke to Olwethu I explained to her that I never opened an account with Truworths I spoke to Olwethu on the 5th of December 2023 the time was 08:37 she told me that she is closing the account, and I asked her over and over again that the account is now close and she said yes.Today 14 December 2023 I received an sms from Truworths stating my account is overdue I called Truworths to my surprise I'm told that the account is still active.Im very disappointed in Truworths staff especially Olwethu who **** ans told me that she is closing the account.Beware OF PURCHASING STAFF FROM TRUWORTHS ONLINE.
