Truworths online has the worst customer service ever!

I ordered online only to be informed 6 days later that 2 of my 3 items are not in stock, I'll be refunded in 7-10 days. Worst part is that there was a tracksuit set there, now they just want to give me a top only. It takes Truworths that long to realize they don't have items in stock, a day before delivery. I could've gone to the shops to buy these items but I was relaxed thinking they are on the way.
