Truworths Online *****

Made online purchase on the 31/01/2020 buying kids clothes order no o***4 chose to receive order in store Limpopo truworths while checking out the order picked out that they also send me a wrong item even the size was small couldn't keep it. Then I requested a refund the store manager couldn't refund me from their system since sku and item didn't match. From my knowledge item was returned to the store that packaged the item but I'm so dissatisfied with the service due to funds not refunded to my account and no correct item send to me for replacement. I went back to limpopo truworths the manager has been trying to help me resolve the issue, she keeps me updated but the little hope I had to getting a refund is now lost since no one is bothered to answer when will I get my money I need my Hard earned money back please I will never do Shopping from this experience they rob people.
