Truworths Online Failure

I have been a customer for over 30 years. I placed an online order for a pair of grey pants for my son to wear to my daughter's wedding. After 5 working days, the website said the order was out for delivery, but 4 days later it was still out for delivery. I called online customer service who agreed that it should have been delivered and that she would escalate the issue and someone would call me back, but no one did. I then called 2 days later and another person said yes it had been escalated and I would have the order the next day. That was 2 days ago. Still no order, I now have to spend the morning before the wedding at malls looking for pants! I have had better service from buying online from foreign countries.
