Truworths Online Experience

Hi all, My first review on Hellopeter. I just have to share my terrible online experience with Truworths. On Friday the 30th of August 2024 I ordered 7 items online. I've never ordered online from them although I have been a customer for 39 years. The Monday I got an email informing me that 3 of the 7 items were not available and I will receive a credit of R520.00 within 7 to 10 working days.

I got my refund the 3 September which is great. Then on Tuesday the 9th of September I got my first item. Exactly 7 working days from date of ordering. I enquired about the rest of the order and was told it comes from various warehouses? I complained as they promised delivery off my order in 5 to 7 working days. On Thursday the 12th of September item 2 of 4 got delivered. I asked them if they have any idea how much this must cost Truworths to deliver 4 items all on different days. The couriers delivered 3 of the 4 items as off writing. After having them on watts app and being so frustrated with this terrible service item 3 of 4 was delivered on Tuesday the 17th of September

Today marks the 14th working day and I have been promised delivery of my last item today. Will have to wait and see if this realises. Truworths has lost the plot completely. They are incapable of running their online department. 4 different couriers, 4 different dates for 4 items?

I will never put myself through such frustration and disappointment ever again. Regards, Lara
