Truworths Online Department is a Joke!!

I am a loyal online shopper of Truworths. I am writing in dismay having reoccurring poor service from the online department that allows us to order and pay online, and a week after, they advise that you of items that are unavailable... lol. That's sounds like a joke right, no. That's what Truworths customers are experiencing. I am writing this because this is my 4th order with the same instances ... I'm tired. Please improve your process and/ systems or else continue to disappoint us so we leave to shop from overseas or your competitors
