Purchased online from Truworths received my parcel today THAT WAS DAMAGED AND HAD ITEMS MISSING. TRIED CALLING TRUWORTHS ONLY A RECORDING THAT SAYS HIGH CALL VOLUMES HELD ON FOR 27 MINUTES AND CALL GOT CUT. EMAILED THEM RESPONSE TAKES 48 HOURS. TRIED WATSAPP Holding on since 11:45am now it's 13:47pm. Have photos of damaged package Stat is still sealed. Pathetic service from Truworths online. 😡😡😡 Roshila Durgean ***
