Truworths Online and Delivery out of turn around time

Truworths online service and delivery is more than 1 week overdue and when you call the call centre the waiting is extremely long and nobody answers. The 1 time someone answered I was promised delivery on Monday but to date still nothing. There is no updates on the delivery
