Truworths online

I have had terrible service with truworths online.

I successfully created an online profile and placed an online order, only to have my online profile be locked the next day. After two weeks of trying to sort out this problem and have my online profile be corrected i have had no feedback.

I have spent over R200 in airtime to get hold of these people and they keep trying to tell me to create a new online profile to fix it with no results.

I have sent emails and I have phone customer service, all telling there is nothing they can do.
