TRUWORTHS ONLINE

I ordered from Truworths online. What a disaster....after placing the order it was confirmed that my order was received and processed. A day later I was informed that one item was still being sourced, the next day I received a sms saying that the courier would deliver on a specific day and that I must ensure I am available between 8am- 5pm...waiting the entire day in vain...when I called Truworths this morning I was informed that the courier send my parcel back because I was not at home...OMW....after receiving another sms today stating that my 2nd part of my order was going to be delivered today and again I should be available between 8am and 5pm, I still haven't received anything. I phoned Truworths online at 16h14 and was told that they would track my order and get back to my straight away.......I phoned at 16h50 and asked why they haven't phoned me back and was told they escalated my query....I then asked for my order to be cancelled as it is a waist of time as I needed these items for a reason...Truworths told me they cannot cancell my order.....fantastic....what to do now...no order no refund...where does this leave me? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TRUWORTHS ONLINE ORDERS.
