Truworths online a joke

I am so disappointing with their online service. I placed 2 orders on the 27th of November , the items appeared as available hence i managed to place the orders. To my shock on the 27th black friday, i received an sms saying that the items i had in one of my orders are no longer available . To make matters worse, the refund takes 7 - 10 days ... When I track my second order, again one of the items in my second order appears as rejected . This all does not make sense because I placed my orders 2 days before black friday. This is such a bad service. I will never ever order anything from them .... Even now I have not received my refund
