Truworths online

Truworths online can't deliver on time they take more than three weeks to deliver, while on their website they claim to deliver the parcels within 5 to 7 days, and their call centre is useless, if I were to rate it I will give them 0, they also don't have a clue where the parcels are when you try to track your parcel, they only waste your time by verification questions at the end they won't help you. They lie and say they will track your parcel and call you back but they don't do that. That call centre need to close it is useless
