TRUWORTHS OFFLINE CARD ISSUE

Opened an account online and I still don't have a card. Use my drivers license for purchases and payments. Its been months now visiting the store for a card and I keep getting we are offline. Not even other TFG outlets can assist as they say they cant issue replacement cards. This has been going on for months and it seems they are unbothered to fix their systems. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
