Truworths / Office London westgate

I have an account at truworths. On 1 June I made a payment at office London Westgate mall, the payment does not reflect on my account. I have send the pop to truworths and visited the branch at Westgate to try sort this matter but it's still not resolved and I'm getting calls almost everyday to pay my account.
