Truworths not Updating payments

My account was obviously handed over in the year 2021 cos of work loss. I then started paying my acc begining of 2022,Jan to be exact. I then just click on pay again each and every month under the same references . 4 months in i noticed my acc is just stuck ,no movement whatsoever i then gave Truworths a call ,got transferred to the legal team.

we went through my statement and was able to allocate all monthly payments to their months. And promised to update this with the credit beareu and told me that MBD will be handling my acc going fort. Its been 2 monthsi m paying since the other funds were allocated and every time i apply for anything it rejects as its not updated.

I checked my credit on experian , it has never been updated since January. Its either truworths need to find a reputable company to sell our debt to or they have to keep in tabs with MBD because this is affecting our livelihood. I just need my payments to reflect. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
