Truworths not true to their promise of paid up letter
I paid up my account 14 Dec 2020 and requested a paid up letter. I got a call around 21/12/2020 telling me I still have an outstanding balance to pay. I put in a complaint at one of the stores on 21/12/2020 and was promised they would sort it out and send me a paid up letter, after 10 days of making payments. I’m still waiting. I called Truworths again on the 04/01/2021 and was promised a paid-up letter within 24 hours. I still have not received the paid-up letter. Please can someone assist in getting me feedback.

I requested a paid-up not a statement, as I paid-up the account on the 14/12/2020. Truworths is unfair to it’s customers and would not advise anyone to do business with them.

10 Jan 2021, 05:45After checking my email I noticed that nothing was sent by Truworths. I will not be liable for for any payments as I requested this account to be close in time and was I promised it would be closed. CAN I GET MY PAID-UP LETTER.
