Truworths not helping me with a temporary ID and say it's cauese I'm white in their language.

Truworths gives me a account I signed up for the R1000 in voucher's. Unfortunately living in South Africa my wallet with license and I'd which due to their bad service I only have a temporary license and they won't take it meanwhile I'm loosing and no one ever called or emailed me after I've been trying for 3 weeks. Their solution to sign me up to buy online. Guess what you still need a ID card. No effort to help me no one has even phoned me. You get 5xR200 vouchers for the first 5 months 3 past and the other 2 doesn't work. I received 1 email after I sent atleast minimum 5 a day for 2 weeks. This is the worst service I've ever had very unprofessional and I still can't buy because home affairs messed up my appointment today but I have a temporary license and it's going enough for the metro police why can't they help me. Especially the mall@reds truworths the manager is so rude and swears at me in their language thinking I don't understand calling me stupid as well I honestly don't know what to do with them to get helped. And get my voucher's Back? And calling a client **** stupid mothers ****** by the manager refusing to help me. Then says if i was black she would havehelped me thinking i dont understand a word.I can't even get helped by head office. Please can you help me anyone? Can I open a case against them I don't know what to do with them.
