Truworths not assisting clients

Their online login is faulty I tried all their steps to log into my account but nothing seem to work had same password for years all of sudden its not working and the login soes not work tried to get into contact with them but only receive a automated response of the procedure I have been trying to follow. No help so far and I cannot log into my account to see my statement
