Truworths not allocating payments

Truworths sent me a message demanding money ( or will effect my credit rating).

The account was however up-to-date. I sent Truworths proof of payment but i was given the feedback that it is not reflecting.

Please think twice before opening a Truworths- they are not trustworthy when it comes to online payments. And has costs me financially
