Truworths - No worth

Useless useless pathetic - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE . Love our money but you get nothing in return . Ordered online, been 8 days and still no package .i have called 5 times, whatsapped the “helpline” , emailed customer service - No response, no one answers… and no package. After being an account holder for 30yrs I am closing my account today. I can get stuff from china faster than this
