Truworths - No authority to debit

Truworths bunch of *******.They debited R1470 from my bank account, then told me the payment doesn't reflect on their system. I went to the branch and showed them my bank statement, they said they gonna come back to me but still nothing. And I haven't purchased anything since, but they keep on saying the payment doesn't reflect. This happened on the 26 September 2019 but up to this day it hasn't been resolved. The last time I gave them authority to debit was in 2018. Today 28 February 2020 they debited R1661.03
