Truworths - NO Accountability or Integrity

I fell behind with my payments in Nov 2025. Truwoths kept calling and I kept explaining that I'm unable to make payment due to unforeseen financial difficulty but I'll pick up payments in the new year. 3 months of calls getting worse and worse. Then I started getting threatening legal letters from Anthony Richards and associates. Constant calls and directions on how to pay.

Come, January payday I'm super happy cause I'm finally able to pay. I follow the instructions and make continuous monthly payments. I send Anthony Richards pop on email and whatsapp and they acknowledge.

Yesterday I received a call from VVM, apparently Trustworthy handed my debt over to them. I call Truwoths and they confirm. I've been paying Anthony Richards, whats going on. I send pop, I call all 3 providers and no body can give me an answer. Truwoths says they did not receive any payment. Anthony Richards says my payments went to Truworths. VVM insists I pay immediately.

I emailed services at Truwoths, Tania from customer care says I must contact ARA directly as I paid them not Truworths.

My Credit records says I have not made a single payment. I attached POP but this is not significant, they don't care and they don't listen. They bully and harass. I'm devastated and disappointed.

I took accountability for my debt and they are punishing me for it.
