Truworths nice but nasty like Hell.

Worst experience of my entire life. My job changed so did my salary date. I have not miss a single payment but I have called to change my salary date . So for the past 3 months I had been calling Truworths every month as I had made an arrangement to have my bank debited. But they never debited my account, so every month for the past 3 months I have been doing manual payments. I kept on calling the call centre in Cape Town and no one except the agent I spoke to today . As i had recieved a letter of demand, told me that my account is in arrears and that although I have not missed a payment their books close on the 9 or the 10 it depends when they want to . Truworths is worth ******* in our country as we do not have the choice as covid came and destroyed the very fabric of our financial world. Even though as tough as it might be we ensure that we pay our debts but the monster giants running our economy have no empathy during this time when some don't even bother to pay their accounts.
