Truworths NEVER AGAIN!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made an online order on the 27th of December and it is almost a month later with no products!!!! I have been sending emails and whatsapps with no reply's. When I call I am being told that my order is with the couriers???? For almost a month? I don't really care if it is with the courier or not as I did not order it from courier I ordered it from Truworths. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I have to use my own time running around trying to get my package or my money back!!! This is unacceptable.
