TRUWORTHS NELSPRUIT - HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

I was at Truworths in Ilanga Mall Nelspruit today and wanted to exchange pajamas that I bought at the same store, and on my account, for just a bigger size. I am currently 8 months pregnant aswell!! When I got to the till the lady asked me where my receipt was and I explained to her that I do not have my receipt, but I have my card and the clothes was bought on my account just a few days ago. She started giving me a bad attitude because I did not have my receipt and then called a store manager. I again explained to the manager that I do not have my receipt, but the clothes was bought at the same store on my account and that they could retrieve the purchase from my account! After making me stand there for almost 20 minutes and me being so far pregnant I started to feel ill and dizzy. I asked the manager if he can help me or not. He then said also with a extremely bad attitude that he will help me! Eventually they exchanged the clothes for me and I left feeling very sick! I even tried to contact their customer service to lay a complain but the phone was dropped in my ear twice! I would like to tell Truworths and there very unmannered staff at Ilanga Mall Nelspruit that I will be closing my account and take my business somewhere else. The service at Truworths Ilanga mall Nelspruit is a big disgrace and I will never set foot in that shop again!! Truworths at Ilanga Mall Nelspruit does not deserve any customer support at all! They are rude, disrespectfull and very bad mannered!!! I will never refer anyone to that shop again and WILL close my account VERY soon!!!!
