Truworths needs to do better
What is wrong with yr order & delivery process? I paid for & am supposed to receive 4 items today I only received 3 items of my order: o***, the gown is missing. I am not happy if it is yr intention to deliver my order in dribs & drabs - which apparently is the Truworths practice. Just spoke to yr online call centre- I now need to avail myself again to receive part 2 of this order. Very disorganised Truworths.

I am literally so confused by your delivery system - I have never heard of a service provider who delivers an order piecemeal. Had I known this before ordering online via Truworths I never wld have placed order one. Today again, my second order fm 9/4/22 - only one item out of 7 was delivered. Your response indicates that you are entirely unphased by my HelloPeter, Twitter & FB comments. If you want to waste fuel going back & forth fm point A to B - that's yr business, but you are not going to waste my time, Sorry, You have lost me as a customer.
