Truworths. My worst clothing acc experience!!!!
The worst experience ever!!!🤬🤬🤬. Gave me a nr to make arrangements for payments. Phoned several times. Told me it would be okay to pay according to arrangements made over the phone but they ****. They keep sending threatening mags. They've already seen to it that my credit score was affected AFTER arrangements for reduced monthly payments has been made. I kept o paying EVERY MONTH KEEPING MY SIDE CLEAN BUT......they are ***** and do not keep their word. Happy to say I will defnitely be deleting my Truworths account once my account has bee paid in full in 2 months time. They scared me away from any clothing accounts EVER!!!!

Endlessly called and wasting my own time and money and phone calls explaining my situation and makstart correspondingpayment arrangements. You assured me that by paying a settled reduced amount monthly my credit score would not be affected. Pfffft......lies!!!! Now after you messed up what I've been working so hard on for a few years already (my credit score) you expect me to start corresponding...... I CANNOT TRUST TRUWORTHS AT ALL ANYMORE!!!! I'LL DEFNITELY BE SHARING THIS ABSOLUTELE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA!!!!!
