Truworths MTN

I am Ipeleng Tobolo, last year December(2020) I bought a Samsung A2 and only used it for a week, I sent it back to Truworths but at Cradlestone Truworths, they promised to send it back for repairs, it's been four months since I've been waiting for my phone and they keep telling me that they are not at fault but MTN
