Truworths mooiriver branch

What i bad service we got today at the mooiriver truworths branch, my husband bought a watch for me on the 16th of October and yesterday when I wanted to wear it that's when we realized that watch doesn't work today we go back to tell them about the default we are told that the watch will have to go back to bad girl as it is over 14 days for repair and if they cant repair it only then will they replace, when I asked what would have happened if it was within the first 14 days she told us that it would have been replaced in the branch when my husband asked as to why this information was not initially shared when he bought the package the branch manager, katleho, rep**** saying that even where my husband works it's not like they share every policy with the client, what kind of responds, service and attitude is this?

This was just a poor service....a whole manager responding like that, speaking over the client as if she gifted us and we are not going to pay for this package.

Eyo I have never been so disappointed.
