TRUWORTHS MONEY MAKING RACKET A RIPP OFF

TRUWORTHS AND ALL RETAIL STORES ARE A ******* CHARGING CLIENTS "FEES" FOR NO APPARENT REASON THIS A MONEY MAKING SCHEME.

ON THE 25.06.23 I DECIDED TO SETTLE MY BALANCE OWING OF R 517.93 AND IN ERROR SETTLED R517.83 A MERE 10 CENTS SHORT AND LO AND BEHOLD I RECEIVED A STATEMENT 5 DAYS LATER WITH A BALANCE OF R 8.08 DUE TO A 10 CENTS SHORTFALL.I DECIDED TO QUERY THE ABOVE ONLY TO BE TOLD I NEVER SETTLE THE COMPLETE AMOUNT....FOR A MERE 10CENTS WHY AM I NOT BEING ASKED TO PAY THE 10 CENTS INSTEAD AND THE STAFF WHO RESPOND TO YOUR E-MAIL COULD CARE LESS AND COULD NOT BE BOTHERED. THEIR RESPONSE WAS AS FOLLOWS:
