Truworths mobile phones

I am appalled and outraged by the service of Truworths Sandton. I bought a brand new Hauwei P smart mobile device, and within 5 days the device was no longer switching on and kept rebooting . I took it back to the store and they took it to the supervisor who refused because the screen protector(plastic) had a little cut and the plastic cover had scratched the phone and had no exterior damage as evaluated by three representatives from Truworths.. i requested the the supervisor come down and speak to me in which she was rude and just walked away. The device was booked in for warranty evaluation and now has come back and is said that the motherboard is bent on the inside and the phone was BER, The phone left with only the small scratch and has now returned with a huge dent on the under cover of the phone and damaged sides and yet i am expected to continue paying for this phone, so is this Truworths equivalent to spitting in peoples food for demanding to see the manager.

Friendly advise to everyone never ever buy a mobile device from truworths and mtn as they are both just rude and would do anything to cheat people out of they hard earned money
