Truworths missing items from online orders

Ordered slippers and they only packed in 1 slipper this is unprofessional yoh truworths.. now I have to go in store and ask where the other slipper is that is tiring knowing a person has a 9 to 5 now you must still go ask who packed and missed putting 2 slippers in a bag for a online order
