Truworths Midlands Mall
<p>Noktula - the manager seriously needs to learn some customer service!! I have been a Truworths customer for more years than I can remember and have never had such poor service from anyone at Truworths before. The branch I frequent is in the Watercrest Mall and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I called in there yesterday and they didn't have my size of a particular shoe. they did offer to get one sent to the branch but I said becuase my husband works in Pietermariztburg perhaps my son could call in at the Midlands mall branch. I was advised by the staff at Watercrest to write a letter and send him in with his id and the letter. Biggest mistake as the so called "manager" was being difficult. she wouldn't accept it. she wanted a FAX of my id - who in this day and age still fax - get with the times. She told me they don't have email. I FIND THIS HARD TO BELIEVE!! I will never NEVER NEVER shop at TRUWORTHS MIDLANDS MALL AGAIN. CANT BELIEVE THEY EMPLOY SUCH IDIOTS!!!!</p> <p> </p>
