Truworths Menlyn Mall - Disappointed
Truworths Menlyn Mall, rude and unprofessional staff. We were not allowed to pay for clothes (value over R1500) at makeup counter, although their till was in full operation, without customers. Employee was rude and argumentative. Other tills had long queues with only a few staff members to assist.
