Truworths ****med me

Today the 9th of November I went to do a shopping at truworths mall of africa

After making the payment the transaction was approved on their speed point and it also went through on my banking app it's also appearing on my bank statement

The cashier told me the transaction was unsuccessful on their systems but the money was deducted on my account

The cashier said there is nothing she can do I should wait for few minutes the money will be reversed back

I waited for about 4 hrs until now the money is not reversed

She called the manager who failed to assist me as well
