Truworths material quality after one wash extremely pathetic

Hi I would like to share my experience I mostly shop at truworths men and only wear relay, uzzi and Daniel hector. I have purchased t shirts, hoodie and long sleeve top after one wash my clothes now have fluff and look as if my clothes are 5 years old and no it is not my washing machine as my other clothes are perfectly fine. We are spending alot of money cash not account on clothes and expect decent quality I want a refund on these items or and exchange and more than willing to give these cheap make material clothing back!!!
