Truworths Maponya Service is POOR

I went to Maponya Mall truworths to activate my truworths account because I was sent an sms to visit the nearest branch to activate and start shopping , only to find out I cannot use my green ID book at truworths. I was told that with an attitude and I didnt have the chance to even explain anything because I am still waiting for my smart card
