TRUWORTHS MAPONYA SELLING TORN CLOTHING!!

Bought a DH Jean for my husband @truworths man Maponya Mall on the 8 Feb 2019 when he comes back from work he notices that the Jean is torn at the bottom right leg. We took the Jean for an exchange the following day, we were intorigated why was the Jean torn. We explain that we only saw it later that evening that it was damaged hence we bought it back for an exchange unfortunately there was no longer a size for my husband in the shop so we requested a refund. To my surprise the Supervisor on duty with an attitude again asked about the jean. My husband did not even get to wear the Jean in other words Truworths Man Maponya is selling customers damage goods.

Bosile Motsepe was the supervisor on duty who seem not interested had an attitude. She advised that she will not give refund but will lodge a query. WHY?? it's truworths who is selling damage goods to customers. What makes me mad is the unprofessionalisim she had and the fact that a Supervisor can't even spell Torn. Truworths man Maponya Mall you are a disgrace
